Texas ProKart Challenge Series is home to the Burger King RMax Challenge Series an official qualifing series to participate in the 2012 US Rotax Max Grand Nationals.

The site of 2012 US Rotax Max Grand Nationals is Michiana Raceway Park, August 7th - 11th, 2012 in South Bend, IN

The 2012 Grand Nationals structure will be the same as in the past.  It will be required to have a minimum of 4 "punches" to participate in the 2012 Grand National Event.  These punches will be awarded after participating in RMCUS series races only. The event will award the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place drivers in the Junior Max, Senior Max, DD2 and DD2 Masters a ticket to the 2012 Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals.

It’s been a number of years since an official Superkarts! USA event has been run in Texas, but this will change during the 2012 season as the SKUSA National Office is thrilled to announce the formation of an official regional program in the Lone Star State. The organization has long enjoyed strong participation from the Texas karting community, especially at the annual SuperNationals, making this a huge step towards further developing their growing regional platform. The new Texas ProKart Challenge will consist of three double-race weekends, running with the Gulf Coast Karters in Katy, Grandsport Speedway in Houston, and the North Texas Karters in Denton. This announcement comes hot on the heels of the recent confirmation of SKUSA’s renewed involvement in the Pacific Northwest, and sets the stage for an exciting season in 2012.
