The racers voiced their opinions about the Texas ProKart Challenge tire requirements and the series listened. Due to racer feedback Texas ProKart Challenge has changed the tire rule and all classes will be required to have new tires on Saturday only, new tires on Sunday are optional.

SKUSA and local option classes must buy their tires from the series. Rotax classes may buy their tires from any dealer. Tire purchase is available through online registration on the Texas ProKart Challenge website and will be delivered to the track.

We hope all area racers will be pleased with this rule change and will race with the Texas ProKart Challenge Series in 2012!

Burger King Challenge Series class champions will earn a paid entry to the 2012 US Rotax Grand Nationals (minimum class entry required). Winners of the US Rotax Grand Nationals qualify to represent Team America at the Rotax Grand Finals.
